The Gaggenau cooktop is inspired by the professional kitchen — extreme power, intelligent flexibility and controls that feel solid because they are. The modular 400 series extends from 38 cm to one metre and includes full surface induction, flex induction, gas, Teppan Yaki and electric grill in both standalone and modular Vario configurations. The 200 series offers a dark aesthetic from 28 to 90 cm. The Essential Induction merges cooktop and worktop into one continuous surface — nothing but a dot, a surface, a knob.
