Welcome to Goettling Interiors. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Goettling Interiors LLC. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you with information, project consultation and, where available, online shopping. Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide certain parts of the Services to you.
Please note: the only products available for online purchase through this website are Parador flooring products. All other brands, products and categories shown on the website (including kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, lighting, appliances and related offerings) are presented for information and project consultation only. They are not sold through the online checkout and are handled as design, supply and/or installation services through our showroom and project team.

- PRODUCTS, ORDERS, PRICING AND PAYMENTS
We make every effort to accurately display our products and services. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product or service purchased or commissioned will meet your expectations or be exactly as displayed. Product descriptions, availability and pricing may change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue products or limit quantities at our sole discretion.
Online checkout and payment through this website apply only to Parador flooring products. For kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, lighting, appliances and other non-e-commerce offerings, any pricing, proposals, deposits, contracts and project terms are agreed separately with our showroom and project team and are not completed through the Shopify checkout.
When you place an online order for an eligible Parador product, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify or cancel any order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and we receive and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an online order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation. Unless explicitly stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you will pay all charges, including shipping, handling and applicable taxes.
Online purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- SHIPPING, RETURNS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND FEEDBACK
Delivery times for online Parador orders are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For non-e-commerce products and services, any changes, cancellations, returns or project adjustments are handled directly with our team under the terms agreed for that project.
We may provide access to third-party tools, services, websites or features. We do not monitor or control third-party services and provide access to them “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. If you choose to access third-party links or services, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any harm, damages, purchases, transactions or disputes arising from third-party products, content or services.
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit the Feedback and that it will not violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove Feedback at our discretion and are not obligated to keep it confidential, compensate you, or respond.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after an order is submitted.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, PRIVACY, DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, TERMINATION, GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
All content and materials available through the Services, including trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and the design and arrangement thereof, are owned by Goettling Interiors LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Our store is powered by Shopify, but all online purchases are made directly with Goettling Interiors LLC. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Goettling Interiors LLC, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from related claims and liabilities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
