Schotten & Hansen creates naturally finished wooden flooring with a strong emphasis on surface depth, hand-crafted character and technical reliability. Most projects begin with a visit to our showroom, where you can experience Parador and Schotten & Hansen floors first-hand. Together, we discuss your project, room conditions and design direction, then guide you through species, formats, colours and finishes suited to your space.
Following your approval, your flooring is ordered from the manufacturer in Germany. Every product is prepared to the agreed specifications before being carefully prepared for transport to the UAE.
Once the selection has been finalised, we review every detail with you before ordering begins. Formats, finishes, quantities, technical requirements and the project quotation are confirmed, and precise on-site measurements are taken to ensure complete accuracy.
Once your flooring arrives in the UAE, it is delivered to site and installed by our experienced team. Every surface is laid, adjusted and thoroughly checked before handover. We remain available after completion whenever support or aftercare is required.

Customer is always coming first and the focus truly is delivering a fantastically looking flooring design and delivery. Examples are matching of color codes with walls, making sure line alignments are consistent everywhere, lighting lumens integrate neatly etc. Measurement calculations were to the point - no overestimating and overcharging of material like at many other places….
